Luckily I managed to get a very short notice booking as I had been let down by a competitor. My carpets look and smell like new!! I shall definitely be using Ian again, friendly efficient and very professional service. Highly recommend!!

Over the moon with how clean my carpets have come up. With dogs and 2 young children you can imagine the mess. Ian was honest with some stains that he knew wouldnt come out but even shocked his self with some that did (play dough) would highly recommend

Have used the carpet doctor several times. On his first visit, he advised us that the large stain on our carpet would not benefit much from being cleaned, as we had tried to get the stain out ourselves and made it worse with the several cleaning solutions we had tried! We really admired his honesty, and appreciated the fact that he had told us this info, prior to doing the job and taking payment. We have used Ian several times since, and would not go elsewhere. Have had carpets and suite cleaned. Was a little dubious as to how wet they would be and drying time as had bad experiences in the past. Needn't have worried. Everything was super clean and dry within the stated time.
